+ Find a house or apartment to rent or buy.

+ Hire someone to do a job (a gardener, plumber, etc.).

What are the PROS (good or positive things) and CONS (bad or negative things) about using Craigslist?

PROS

+ Using the website is free.

+ There is a lot of useful information.

+ The items are usually sold at a cheaper price.

+ The buyer can bargain down the price on items that are being sold.

CONS

+ You cannot always trust the information on the website. Some information may be false or misleading.

+ The items being sold may not be in great condition.

+ It is not always safe to buy things from people you don't know.
